We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it is dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to change your order, please contact us immediately before receiving the dispatch email from us.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are received and are sent via Auspost.

If you have received your order and you have a missing item or an incorrect item has been sent, please contact us urgently by emailing with the order number in the subject line.

Please send through a photograph of the fault, a description and proof of purchase to our customer care team and we will get this resolved for you. We are welcoming and appreciative of all customer feedback.


All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Auspost*. Please note any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive an email with Auspost delivery tracking to the email address you provided. Please note that AMOS Originals is not responsible for delivery delays caused by 3rd party delivery partners.
