Q1: Describe yourself in 3 words
- Courageous
- Honest
- Resilient
Q2: A message to your younger self & people who look up to you?
Don't listen to the naysayers; always trust your gut and associate people who hold you to a higher standard, and by that, I mean people who will push you to be the best version of yourself, even if it's uncomfortable for you.
Q3: To be a mindset coach, you have to be able to connect with people. How do you do it?
Honestly, by being myself. I am an open book, and I've grown to be confident in who I am, so I'm not afraid to say what I need to say and be completely authentic in how I approach people.
Q4: When did you realize that you wanted to be in the personal development industry? What was the life-changing event(s)?
I got my heart broken into a million pieces by someone I thought was my endgame; I realised that I had lost myself in this relationship and never placed value on myself. I had no one to rely on except my dad, so while he supported me, I did the hard work and got into personal development; through panic attacks and late-night journaling sessions to vent out my feelings, I grew through the pain and started to give myself priceless value.
Two relationships later, I'd say I'm at my peak in how I feel about myself and how I show up for my business and relationships.
Q5: Why does Tiara continue her path as a mindset coach?
Cause there's more work to be done. We never stop learning and growing, so while I learn, I will continue serving whoever crosses my path. I'm here to brainwash you to believe in yourself and love yourself.
Q6: What Inspires her? What Motivates her?
Many things motivate me, and nothing motivates me more than looking in the mirror. One day I looked myself in the eyes and said, “I will do anything and everything to make sure you live the life of your dreams”, so I guess that fire still burns.
Q7: In this journey, what was the most important thing you've learned?
There's so much I've learnt, and I continue to learn, but if it were ONLY ONE, I'd say trust the process. Even if life is hard, keep going. See where this challenge takes you; see what God's planned for you.
Q8: What are your greatest achievements?
Never losing myself again, finding soul driven relationships and growing every single day.
Q9: How would you define freedom?
It's the feeling of breathing fresh air and smiling and that feeling of ‘belonging.’
